Once you've found the property for you, we ask you to complete our referencing application. The process from receiving the form usually takes between 48-72 hours. In some instances a guarantor may be required. (This person has to be a resident UK homeowner who is in a financial position to cover the cost of the rent.) Please note that if a suitable guarantor cannot be provided, the full six month rental amount should be paid in full upfront.

Upon successful application we will require your first months rent and security bond in cleared funds on or before the day you wish your tenancy to begin. Our representative will meet you at your new home to check you in. We will go through any questions you may have whilst you sign your Assured Shorthold Tenancy agreement.
